Hello Everyone,
It has recently come to my attention that a member has submitted a journal that is insulting to some of our others members. I will not name anyone, but this does force me to take certain actions. The offender will be removed from the group, and I will no longer allow any submissions to be automatically approved. Do not worry however, I will still be accepting any art submitted to the proper folder I just have to approve it first. This will not affect most of you, just keep in mind that if you work is not accept it only means that it was not submitted to the proper folder. I take no joy in having to remove a member but I will not shy away from it.
Rules of TheShatterdome
1. Respect, both for the individual and for their art. Everyone has different taste and levels of skill. While constructive criticism is encouraged I have zero tolerance for blatant insults and aggressive behavior and will result in the offender being removed from the group.
2. Submission , as of now there have no limit on the number of pieces an artist can submit just make sure you submit to the proper folder any piece submitted to the incorrect folder will be denied, and if there are any issues with your submission feel free to contact me. Also for the record I consider the Jaegers to be characters themselves so please make that they are submitted accordingly.
3. Quality, while there is no way to truly judge the amount of effort an artist put into there work I do ask that only work you feel is the best you can make be submitted. I will be using honor system.
4. Admins, if you feel you can truly help the group feel free to contact me about a position as an admin, however be prepared to make a case for yourself I will not just accept anyone who asks.
5. Have fun with it, I want this group to be open and anyone is welcome to join so like I said have fun, and if you have any issues or problems like I said before please feel free to get in touch with me. I want this to be positive for all those involved.
